For us, it encapsulated everything we'd grown to love about Ireland. We enjoyed the cookery school lesson, the lunch we were served at Ballyknocken House and the various activities we had the chance to observe on the farm. Catherine is a natural hostess....very warm, inviting and genuine. It was the perfect ending to a wonderful trip.
